Q: How do I login to my account if I am using someone else's Personal Page?
A: Go to the top of the page, and select 'Sign Out' from the Member Center menu. Then select 'Return to your Personal Page'. Then enter your own email address and password.

2. Did I Win?
Q: How do I know if I've won 100 Free Tunes in your sweepstakes?
A: We will notify you by phone, email or regular mail if you have won any of our daily drawings.
Q: What if I've moved or changed my phone number?
A: Please update your account information by clicking on the link from your Personal Page called Update Contact Information.
Q: How can I get more sweepstakes entries?
A: There are several ways to enter the daily sweepstakes to win 100 Tunes. First, take advantage of the offers we send you by email. Second, take advantage of the offers listed on your Personal Page. The more offers you click on, the more entries you'll get and the better your chances of winning. Third, refer your friends--you'll receive an entry for every one of them who joins.

3. How Do I Earn 100 Tunes?
Q: I understand how to enter the sweepstakes to win 100 music downloads, but how can I get 100 Tunes now?
A. Simple! Just earn 1,000 Tune Tokens and start downloading your free 100 Tunes. Earn Tune Tokens by completing any of the offers listed on your Personal Page or in emails we send you. Once you earn 1,000 Tune Tokens, just click on the Redeem link and start downloading. Choose from more than 750,000 tracks, including all the latest hits from your favorite artists.
Q: How can I check how many Tune Tokens I have earned?
A. Your current balance of Tune Tokens is displayed at the top of your Personal Page.
Q: When will my Tune Tokens be credited to my account?
A: Tune Tokens are generally credited to your account within one to five business days of when they are earned. Sometimes our partners take longer to provide us with the information and there may be a further delay.
Q: Why have my Tune Tokens not been credited yet?
A: All of our offers require a minimum of 1 business day for Tune Tokens to be credited. Also, we cannot properly credit your account if you used a different email address when taking advantage of an offer other than the one you have registered with 100Tunes.com. Make sure you use the email address you have on file with 100Tunes.com when you take advantage of offers so your account is properly credited. If you still feel your account was not properly credited, please let us know at Member Support and we'll look into it.

5. Referrals
Q: The person I referred has joined, but you show them on my account as not joined, why?
A: When you refer a friend, we send them an email on your behalf immediately. In the email, there is a link to the 100Tunes.com registration page. If they click on the link, and join, your account will be credited with one sweepstakes entry. However, if they use any other method to join other than clicking on the link in the email they receive from us, then it is impossible for us to track the referrals and they will still appear as not joined on your Referral Status page.

6. Email Link Problems
Q: What do I do if there is no active link in the emails you send me?
A: No problem. Some email software does not support active hyperlinks. You have a choice. Either switch to email software that does support active hyperlinks (like Microsoft Outlook) or just copy the URL from the email and paste it into your browser. You'll be entered in the sweepstakes either way.
